Enterhealth Website Privacy Policy

Enterhealth, LLC (“Enterhealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Website Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with Enterhealth.com and the online services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Site”).

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to information collected through the Site, website forms, email or other online inquiries, telephone calls arising from the Site, text messaging, and employment applications submitted through the Site.

This policy is separate from Enterhealth’s Notice of Privacy Practices. The Notice of Privacy Practices describes how Enterhealth may use and disclose protected health information and explains patient rights under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the Texas Medical Privacy Act, and other applicable health privacy laws. Certain substance use disorder patient records may also be protected under 42 C.F.R. Part 2. When information is protected health information or otherwise subject to those laws, the Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law govern. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices regarding protected health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

The Site does not provide an online patient portal, online appointment scheduling, or online payment processing.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect personal information that you choose to provide when you contact us, submit a form, communicate with our team, subscribe to communications, complete a survey or self-assessment, apply for employment, or otherwise interact with the Site. This may include:

Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address if provided.
Inquiry information, such as whether you are seeking information for yourself or another person, the type of treatment in which you are interested, and the contents of your message.
Health-related information that you voluntarily include in a form, email, text message, or telephone conversation, including information about treatment needs, mental health, substance use, insurance, or financial circumstances.
Communication and consent preferences, including whether you agree to receive email, telephone, or SMS communications.
Employment application information, such as your résumé, employment history, education, credentials, licenses, references, and other information submitted through the careers page.
Other information that you voluntarily provide in surveys, self-assessments, event registrations, or communications with us.

Please do not use a general website form or ordinary email to send detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, payment card information, financial account information, or other information that is not requested. Medical records requests should be submitted through Enterhealth’s designated medical records process.

Telephone and SMS Information

When you call or text Enterhealth, we may collect your telephone number, caller identification information, the date and time of the communication, its duration, routing and attribution information, consent or opt-out preferences, and the content of the communication.

Telephone calls may be recorded for safety, quality assurance, training, and security purposes, where permitted by law and with notice or consent as required. Enterhealth uses CallTrackingMetrics to support call routing, attribution, analytics, and recording.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information, including:

Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate location derived from the IP address.
Browser type, device type, operating system, language, and device or advertising identifiers.
Referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, form interactions, and dates and times of activity.
Traffic source, campaign, and advertising attribution information.
Cookie consent status and preferences.

As explained below, CookieYes blocks nonessential analytics and advertising technologies unless you affirmatively select Accept through the cookie banner.

Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the Site and manage communications, as well as referral and campaign information from advertising platforms when you interact with an Enterhealth advertisement.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

Respond to questions and treatment inquiries.
Support admissions, intake follow-up, insurance discussions, and other requested communications.
Send form notifications to the admissions team and enter inquiry information into Dazos and iCampaign.
Communicate by email, telephone, or SMS in accordance with your choices and applicable law.
Route, attribute, analyze, and, where permitted, record telephone calls.
Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
Understand Site use and measure the performance of advertising and outreach campaigns.
Manage recruiting and evaluate employment applications.
Maintain records, establish or defend legal claims, comply with law, and protect the rights, safety, and security of Enterhealth, patients, visitors, employees, and others.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement

The Site uses CookieYes as its consent management platform. CookieYes presents the cookie banner, records your consent choices, and prevents nonessential tags and cookies from operating unless you select Accept. Technologies that are strictly necessary to display or remember consent choices, maintain security, or provide essential Site functionality may operate as needed.

If you select Accept, the Site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta technologies, and CallTrackingMetrics to understand Site use, measure campaign performance, attribute calls or inquiries to a traffic source, and improve the Site and outreach. These providers may receive technical, device, browser, usage, and campaign information as permitted by your consent choices and our configurations.

Enterhealth does not use website activity to create or serve remarketing audiences. Accepting analytics or advertising measurement cookies is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving treatment or other services.

You may decline nonessential cookies through the banner and may change your choices using the cookie settings control available on the Site. Changing your preferences will apply going forward and will not reverse processing that occurred while your prior consent was active.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this policy:

Website and technology providers, including WP Engine and providers that support hosting, security, maintenance, forms, and consent management.
Admissions and communications providers, including Dazos, iCampaign, email and SMS providers, and other systems used to receive, route, and respond to inquiries.
Call services providers, including CallTrackingMetrics, for call routing, attribution, analytics, and recording.
Analytics and advertising measurement providers, including Google and Meta, but only as allowed by your cookie choices and our configurations.
Professional advisers and other service providers, such as legal, compliance, auditing, information technology, and security providers.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or regulatory requirements; respond to lawful requests; investigate fraud or security incidents; enforce our rights; or protect the rights, property, health, or safety of Enterhealth or others.

If Enterhealth is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as permitted by law and subject to appropriate protections.

6. No Sale of Personal Information or SMS Consent Data

Enterhealth does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Enterhealth does not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

As described in Section 4, analytics and advertising measurement providers may receive limited technical and campaign information after you affirmatively accept nonessential cookies. We do not use that information for remarketing.

7. Email, Telephone, and Text Communications

Enterhealth may communicate with you by email, telephone, or SMS when you request contact, provide consent, or when otherwise permitted by law. Consent to receive promotional communications is not a condition of treatment or purchase.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, and you may request help by replying HELP. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may ask not to receive nonessential telephone communications by telling the caller or contacting us using the information below. We may still send service-related or legally required communications.

8. Health Information and Sensitive Information

Information about addiction, mental health, treatment interests, insurance, or other health matters can be sensitive. We limit the collection, use, and disclosure of this information to the purposes described in this policy and as otherwise permitted or required by law.

When information constitutes protected health information or a protected substance use disorder patient record, Enterhealth handles it in accordance with the Notice of Privacy Practices, HIPAA, 42 C.F.R. Part 2 when applicable, the Texas Medical Privacy Act, and other applicable law.

9. Data Security

Enterhealth maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use care when sending sensitive information through ordinary email, SMS, or general website forms.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business and clinical records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or security threats. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the context in which it was collected, applicable law, and operational or clinical requirements.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Depending on your state of residence and the nature of the information, you may have additional rights under applicable law. These rights may be subject to exceptions, including obligations to retain medical, legal, security, or transaction records.

To submit a website privacy request, email [email protected] and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision, reply to our response with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Requests concerning protected health information or medical records are governed by Enterhealth’s Notice of Privacy Practices and medical records request process and may be subject to different procedures and legal requirements.

Cookie choices may be managed through the CookieYes banner or the cookie settings control available on the Site. Communication preferences may be managed as described in Section 7.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Enterhealth does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Site, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, except where retention is required or permitted by law. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact us at [email protected].

13. United States Only

The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for individuals located in the United States. Enterhealth does not direct the Site to individuals outside the United States. Information collected through the Site may be processed and stored in the United States.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, videos, reviews, or other services that Enterhealth does not control. This policy does not apply to those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Embedded third-party content may operate only in accordance with your cookie consent choices when consent is required.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the Effective Date above. Material changes may also be communicated by other appropriate means when required by law.
