The NIDA-Modified ASSIST (Alcohol, Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test) was originally developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). This Web-based interactive tool guides you through a short series of screening questions and, based on your responses, generates an alcohol or drug involvement score that suggests the level of addiction recovery treatment (if any) that may be needed.
