The C.A.G.E. Questionnaire

The C.A.G.E. questionnaire is a drug and alcohol addiction assessment tool for individuals to uncover potential problems, including dependence. It is useful because it involves four simple questions, of which only two need to be answered positively for the individual to be indicated as a person with a possible case of drug or alcohol addiction.
