Behavioral techniques include the use of lifestyle modifications such as meditation, exercise, and spiritual practices to strengthen a client's overall coping capacity.

Designed to work in tandem with your personalized aftercare program, our individualized eLessons are divided into concise, manageable sections and are easy to use, even for computer novices. Plus, all eLesson information is captured and stored for easy personal reference or to be shared with your Enterhealth therapist to help monitor your addiction recovery progress.

To help reinforce continuity after the residential portion of treatment is completed, Enterhealth’s online coaching provides critical post-residential support.
