DALLAS / FORT WORTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Travel time approximately 1 hour

• Exit the airport through the southeast, Terminal D access road toward TX-97 N / International Parkway
• Merge onto TX-121 N (Sam Rayburn Tollway)
• Travel north on TX-121 approximately 20 miles (partial toll road)
• Merge onto US-75 N / TX-121 vai the ramp on the left, toward Sherman
• Continue on north US-75 approximately 18 miles to Van Alstyne
• Take exit 51 toward Stephens Street / FM 121, turning right at the light on the access road
• Turn right at the next light, Waco Street / TX-5
• Travel one block, turn left at the light onto Jefferson Street / FM 121 E, by the post office
• Travel approximately 1 mile, turning left onto N Lincoln Park Rd (there is a baseball field / park on the right)
• Approximately ¼ mile west on N Lincoln Park Rd you will see a multi-tiered, white iron fence on the right marking the Enterhealth property

DALLAS LOVE FIELD AIRPORT
Travel time approximately 1 hour

• Exit the airport through the southeast gate, on Cedar Springs Rd
• Turn left onto W Mockingbird Ln
• Merge left onto Dallas North Tollway N (partial toll road)
• Travel approximately 17 miles
• Turn right onto TX-121 N (Sam Rayburn Tollway)
• Travel north on TX-121 approximately 10 miles
• Merge onto US-75 N / TX-121 via the ramp on the left, toward Sherman
• Continue on north US-75 approximately 18 miles to Van Alstyne
• Take exit 51 toward Stephens Street / FM 121, turning right at the light on the access road
• Turn right at the next light, Waco Street / TX-5

From the North:  Take the Dallas North Tollway South to Loop 12/Northwest Highway exit.  Turn East (left) to the light at Douglas.  Turn South (right) on Douglas to 8222 Douglas, Dallas TX 75225.

From the South:  Take the Dallas North Tollway North to Loop 12/Northwest Highway exit.  Turn East (right) on Northwest Highway, then turn South (right) at the first light to 8222 Douglas, Dallas TX 75225.
