The Enterhealth Center of Excellence provides specialized alcohol and drug addiction and behavioral health assessments, diagnostics and therapeutic services in a private and discreet outpatient setting. Clients have access to a highly trained clinical team and a broad range of services that can be personalized to their unique needs. Services include state-of-the-art comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, intensive and supportive outpatient programs, individual therapy, family therapy, small group therapy, medication management, psychological and career testing.

Intensive and Supportive Outpatient Programs (IOP / SOP)
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) meet 3 days a week while supportive outpatient programs (SOP) meet 2 days a week. These programs run for eight consecutive weeks for approximately three hours. Clients generally live at home or are working professionals who need a structured setting and convenient evening hours. An Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offers more support and guidance than traditional once-a-week rehab counseling and is complemented by family, individual and group therapy as well as educational sessions.
Diagnostic and Assessment Services
One of the many unique components of the Enterhealth treatment program is our cognitive assessment process. Each client may be seen by a clinical psychologist and undergo an intensive battery of Neuropsychological testing. These tests help identify specific issues with a client’s memory or thinking functions that can affect both their work performance and interpersonal relationships. Relevant clinical findings from these evaluations are incorporated into the patient’s individualized treatment plan for each client so that they can be addressed and treated.
Medication Management
Enterhealth provides addiction and psychiatric medication management and monitoring by board certified addiction psychiatrists. At times, individuals may need medication to treat symptoms of dual diagnoses – medication to reduce or eliminate clinical symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc. that are co-occurring with addiction. In addition, anti-addiction medications may be prescribed to reduce cravings and facilitate sobriety and healing of the brain.
Medical Services
Our medical team performs urine drug screens, breathalyzers as well as a wide variety of laboratory testing and EKG’s. Furthermore, our team’s involvement in the Dallas-Ft Worth medical community provides us with a broad range of referral sources for clients who may need more specialized services or care.
Case Management
A licensed therapist will provide around the clock case management support, which is beneficial to clients who need a more structured level of care. The role of the case manager is to coordinate the services for the client and report progress to Enterhealth’s multi-disciplinary treatment team. The treatment team meets weekly to evaluate the progress of each client with regard to their individual treatment plan. The team’s mission is to review milestones, make recommendations and explore ongoing treatment strategies that will help clients successfully manage their illness throughout their life. The clinical expertise of the treatment and our multi-disciplinary approach to providing care is unparalleled in an outpatient setting.
Withdrawal Stabilization (Detox)
Enterhealth is one of the few organizations in the country that offers withdrawal stabilization in a private and safe outpatient setting. Clients have large demands on their time and some may require an added measure of anonymity. Our highly trained staff can provide qualified clients with a medically supervised detox process that will make withdrawal symptoms safer and more tolerable. During this process, your body will rid itself of the substance and work to rebalance itself back to a normal state. Withdrawal stabilization is not considered treatment; rather, it is only a precursor to treatment because it is designed to only treat the acute physical effects of stopping drug/alcohol use. Clients are encouraged to participate in a treatment program after detox to address their specific dependency and develop a long-term recovery plan.
Group Therapy
Enterhealth continually develops helpful topics for group therapy. Groups are kept small so members can readily develop a sense of comfort and cohesiveness within the group. They are constructed to match people who are roughly the same age, functional level and socio-economic status. The anonymity and confidentiality of group members are strictly maintained. All groups meet at our office, conveniently located in Preston Center near Northwest Highway and the Dallas North Tollway in Dallas. Counseling Services
Enterhealth believes that people in recovery will always need some support in order to maintain long-term sobriety. We provide a number of services including trauma, career, life and legal as well as individual, group, family and couples counseling. All of these services are important for recovery because they can identify underlying emotional issues within the individual or family that may have contributed to addiction.
