 The C.A.G.E. questionnaire is an alcohol addiction assessment tool for individuals used to discover potential alcohol problems, including dependence. It is useful because it involves four simple questions, of which only two need to be answered positively for the individual to be indicated as a person with a possible case of alcohol addiction.
